Shipping Policy

All Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of order receipt or credit card approval on weekdays, excluding weekend and holidays. Your shipping and handling fee is determined by the package’s weight and destination. Value is also determined for insurance purposes only. Every packages will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or Canada Post unless a customer chooses United Parcel Service (UPS).


Lost or Damaged Packages

Most packages reach their destination promptly and without incident, however sometimes a package is lost or damaged in transit. LINK2LIST is not responsible for package lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. So, LINK2LIST recommends insure your order for full merchandise value to ensure that you are protected to receive your money back on the item(s) purchased. If you have insure and your shipment is lost or damaged, you must contact the carrier that was used (please refer to your shipment confirmation email) and file a claim with the carrier indicated.


Undeliverable Package

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund (shipping cost cannot be refunded). We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site.

We hope our customers to have present online shopping experience with LINK2LIST.  We do not want our customers to dissatisfy with their purchase, which is why we are offering a Hassle Free 14 day Return Policy.

Defective/Damage Item(s)

We do allow returns but only for exchanges or for store credit. Damaged items while in transit are not replaced as we are not liable for mistakes done by the deliverer.

LINK2LIST always TRIPLE checks the items before we send them out to you.  

Defective/Damage item(s) must be notified within 48 hours of receipt and must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Items returned to LINK2LIST without a RMA or notified of a return after 48 hours of receipt will not be accepted under any circumstances.

·        LINK2LIST is not responsible for replacement of item damaged by misuse, or improper care.

·         In the few cases that you receive a defective item due to manufacturer defect it must be returned in ORGINAL SEALED PACKAGING with an RMA number

          provided from LINK2LIST

            *Once you have contacted us and receive a RMA number from LINK2LIST RMA Support Team, please send the item back to us

              within 1 week of the notification.


Returning Instructions

Please send your package back to LINK2LIST via the United States Postal Service, Canada Post, UPS, or any other service. We are not responsible for items not received or damage done by any of the mailing services you have used.

·         Any problems with delivery when sending the items back to us must be taken care of with the delivery  service you have used.

·         Request the Return Authorization number to

·         Complete the RMA Form and take two(2) photos of the defective/damaged package or Merchandize: one showing the entire package and one close-up of

           the defective/damage area.

·         Send the form and photos to         

·         Please package the item being sent back to make sure no damage can be done to the item(s) during the shipping process other than defective or

          damage as you have notified us previously). Any damaged item upon receipt will not be accepted.                   

·        You must include the invoice or a copy of the invoice with the returned item. A return without it will not be accepted.

·         Please circle the item being sent back on the invoice.

·         The RMA number must be visible on the front of the package.

·          Please allow up to 14 days for us to received and process your return. Delivery and shipping charges are not refunded.

Handling Time

The handling time is the number of business days the seller will take to ship the item after receiving your cleared payment. A payment is considered "cleared" after the money from the buyer has been deposited into the seller’s account. If the buyer pays by PayPal, the payment may clear immediately. However if the buyer pays by cheque, money order, or eCheque, it may take several days.

This does not include the number of business days the shipping service will take to deliver the item to you.

When a seller has specified a handling time and a certain shipping services with transit times, LINK2LIST will provide buyers with an estimated delivery time. By knowing the estimated delivery time, you can determine how long it will take to receive the item. “Business days” are normal weekdays. Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays do not count as business days, so you’ll want to keep them in mind as you determine the earliest delivery date for you.

If you want to receive the item quickly, complete your payment to the seller as soon as possible.LINK2LIST recommends that you use a fast, safe payment method such as PayPal.
